The Next Generation Common Rail Fuel Injection System for Diesel Engine Under Design Process

The common rail fuel injection system in diesel engine is a system that enables diesel engine to run more eco-friendly than other types of fuel injection systems. However, it is not enough. Engineers has still put their efforts to make the much more eco-friendly system. One of them is by minimizing orifice diameter. Consequently, the orifice will be easily clogged. To avoid such a clogging caused by some solid particles, we may use better filter. But, what about clogging caused by movement resulted from the reaction of fuel and heat during burning process, especially during the use of alternative fuel such as the bio-diesel?

The next generation common rail fuel injection system is capable to solve problems up to certain extent. Such kind of system has pressure that is not subject to engine velocity speed, can be made in multiple injection, has volumetric stability such as jerk injection system, has pushing force on clogging, such as jerk injection system, ready for 50-micrometer diameter orifice and ready to be operated using bio-diesel fuel…

The next generation common rail fuel injection system we designed is developed from the existing common rail injection system. Some sub-system components possess functions, shapes, component structure and procedure similar to the existing common rail injection system. Considering that we more focus on creative design process, the components with functions, shapes, component structure and procedure similar to the existing common rail injection system are not discussed in detail assuming that prospective consumer has possessed good knowledge on the existing common rail injection system.

The next generation common rail fuel injection system is still under design process. Please visit on regular basis this site to obtain further information.
